I have advised businesses from start-ups to global organisations. My boardroom experience as a Non-Executive Director, Trustee, Charity Chair, and Advisory Board member means I can help business leaders achieve their personal ambitions and their broader strategic objectives.

• Leadership Coaching. I offer solutions-focused coaching that elevates individual performance and strengthens organisational outcomes. My approach combines candid, empathetic and independent feedback creating a challenging yet supportive environment for growth.
• Strategy. Drawing on a senior executive career with leading strategy consultancies, I advise boards and senior leaders on strategy development. I am customer focused, commercial and pragmatic with extensive experience of supporting organisations with their strategy development.

With over 30 years in financial services – and cross-sector experience advising and coaching a wide range of leaders—I have gained insight into diverse organisational structures, cultures, and issues.
